I have found the customer service provided by this company to be first-rate

Timeshare Task Force (notably June Payne) were involved in the whole process from advice on commencing relinquishment process through to its conclusion. Advice included an initial review of the Timeshare business for past history and various letter content detail and tracking and payment advice. Any queries (there were many) that I raised throughout the process were dealt with in a timely fashion and the language used in all responses was both easy to understand and friendly. Any knowledge boundaries or recommendations to pursue a more specific legal advice were clearly pointed out. I have found the customer service provided by this company to be first-rate and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in a similar position considering or pursuing the relinquishment of their timeshare
