Timeshare consumer case resolved – example

TTF250x100

Mr S contacted Timeshare Task Force after paying £5,500 whilst on holiday to a business that said they would sell his timeshare – but in fact sold him a product known generally as ‘Leisure Credits’ which had no tangible benefits for him and there was no evidence that his timeshare would be sold by the company. He then decided to cancel within what he perceived was the 14 day cooling off period but the company failed to issue a refund. Timeshare Task Force liaised with UK Trading Standards and a full refund was issued shortly afterwards.

Note – there are no fees whatsoever charged to consumers seeking help regarding timeshare and related products by Timeshare Task Force (managed by KwikChex). This is a free service.
